Sand suede on an ivory base and a flash of metallic gold, Golden Sand is the softest way to wear our best-selling Axel II. Underneath, the Sole Hero® footbed is built around the places that ache first — heel, arch and forefoot — with four layers of support and cushioning doing the work all day. Dual-density moulded soles keep things light underfoot, Sole Saver Pack® to set your fit to regular, wide or narrow, and rPET foam lining, to keep pressure points quiet.

Sole Saver Pack®. Customises your fit to regular, wide, or narrow. Features a full-length footbed, a half-length footbed, and forefoot cushions for tailored comfort.

Goldilocks heel counter. Perfectly balanced for just the right level of support, not too firm, not too flimsy.

Leather/textile upper and lining with specifically placed rpet foam lining - made from recycled plastic bottles - to alleviate pressure and rubbing on the skin. Leather footbed cover.
